Absolute Batman #1 from creators Scott Snyder, Nick Dragotta, Frank Martin and Clayton Cowles tops the charts at retail after a successful launch and multiple additional printings, the new DC comic book series is undisputedly the bestselling comic of 2024.
Back in July, DC announced DC All In, a line-wide publishing initiative combining an exciting, reimagined DC “Absolute” universe and an ongoing line of core comic book titles, featuring bold new directions for DC’s mainstay Super Heroes. When DC All In launched in October, fans were introduced to new “Absolute” takes on classic characters—a version of the Dark Knight never seen before in Absolute Batman, and a Wonder Woman raised in Hell in Absolute Wonder Woman—and in November fans met a Superman who grew up on Krypton before coming to Earth in Absolute Superman.
